The Poland 1 Training Program, the first-ever Feldenkrais Professional Training Program in Poland, will be held in the city of Poznań.

Considered one of the most important cities in Poland, Poznan combines rich history, modernity and a unique atmosphere. The city offers something for everyone, from the historic Old Market Square and the majestic Cathedral on Ostrow Tumski, to vibrant neighborhoods full of boutiques, markets and art galleries.
Poznan’s convenient location, almost halfway between Warsaw and Berlin, makes it easily accessible by car, train or plane, and you can get around the city efficiently on streetcars and buses. The city is surrounded by greenery, and the charming Malta Lake is an ideal place for strolling, jogging or relaxing by the water.

Poznan is also a great place for Feldenkrais method workshops. The city offers a variety of places conducive to learning – from modern training rooms to quiet parks and culture-filled spaces. The city’s proximity to tourist attractions and bustling markets means that every participant can fully feel the atmosphere of this unique city.

The lively center, where our training programs take place, tempts with numerous cafes, pubs and restaurants. Many of them offer healthy, gluten-free and vegan dishes, alternative pastry shops and ice cream parlors with “sugar-free” sweets so that each workshop participant can find a varied and healthy cuisine for himself, tailored to individual needs.
