Training Course — May 2017 to July 2022

Barcelona International 2

If one were to ask what is the most exciting destination in Spain, Europe or even in the whole world the answer one would often hear is – Barcelona!

And for good reasons! Barcelona has a lot to offer: arts and music, excellent and diverse food and restaurants, beach-life and mountains for outdoor activities… you name it, Barcelona has got it! It is also very well connected. The city is easy to reach with direct flights and train connections from almost anywhere in Europe.

To make things even better, our training location is right on the beach in the Barceloneta neighborhood called. Being right on the sea makes it easy to take long walks on the sand or to take a swim before or after classes. Not only that, but one can breathe the salty air of the Mediterranean and let one’s eyes wander unobstructed, creating a perfect natural balance to the exciting metropolis.

Barcelona is a wonderful location to combine Feldenkrais with urban life. The proximity to the beach and the historic parts of the city, as well as numerous accommodation options, small restaurants, food markets etc. all create an individual and unique immersion for each student.

The first training year is divided into 4 segments. Years 2, 3 and 4 of the program have 3 segments per year. All segments happen in March/ April, June/ July and November.
